Last April, IKEA Group and Global Connection started an extensive spousal support collaboration as part of IKEA Group’s new global expat policy.
Self-support and personalised support
A combination of self-support (media & network) and extensive personalised support (consultancy, coaching, training) is being offered by IKEA Group, not only to partners of co-workers who move abroad for an international assignment for a few years, but also to them who move abroad permanently.
